well i always feel that i could make my eye liner look better when i do it but any tips or really random things you can do like flicks at the sides or stuff

There are probably a million videos on YouTube of make-up tutorials for eyes. That's how I learned and if you're not careful it'll become an addiction!! Hope that helps!!
