Does anybody have any tips to make eye liner come out nice??

my eye liner always comes out all crappy thick from one side and thin from the other.Does anybody have any tips to make eye liner come out nice??
I use to love liquid eyeliner. CoverGirl makes a good one. CoverGirl also makes the best black eye pencil. Start on the bottoms and work your way across. then do the top. Keep a q-tip handy to correct errors.

have u ever used an eyeliner brush so you can get the perfect application? its great i tried it and it comes out neat. here is a tutorial on how this makeup guru uses a brush to apply it on. hope this helps!

your could draw a thick line and then remove as much as you want with a Q-tip and makeup remover to make the line thinner. if you are applying the eyeliner to the top lash line then make sure that you lift your eyelid and get the eyeliner touching the lash line. if you are doing bottom eyeliner i suggest a pencil eyeliner or using a very thin eyeliner brush (i like the angled ones) and some eyeshadow do little strokes to get the thickness you want.
