Quick and easy eye makeup tips?

I am 14, with small hazel/green eyes, and dark brown/black hair. I LOVE wearing eyeliner and mascara. Eyeshadow is nice too but only certain colours and ways of putting it on. I like to wear eyeliner a bit thicker then normal, but my mom always says that it makes my eyes look smaller. So basically I need some quick, easy, eye makeup tips. Something that will look a little bold, but not trampy, and also eyeshadow included.Quick and easy eye makeup tips?
People with small eyes shouldn't wear dark eyeliner, and if you use mascara curl your lashes first it really opens your eyes up beautifully. Use light beige or even white eyeliner to line your lids (if you have lighter skin, if your skin is darker use something close to light bronze but keep it lighter than your skin tone)and waterlines and then blend it out with a shimmery highlighting eyeshadow thats a little lighter than your skin tone for a natural but illuminating lookQuick and easy eye makeup tips?
I think thick eyeliner is gorgeous! Just as long as its not like way to much. The more eyeliner i put on my eyes the bigger they look. If you want a bold look that most people don't have, take chap stick and put it on your eyelid (i know sounds weird) and then take a really bright eyeshadow and put it over the chap stick, just on your eyelid so it wont look trampy. It looks amazing and way brighter and the color stays that way all day without wearing off. I get my bright eye makeup from hot topic. I don't know if you have that store but there eye makeup is really bright. Any bright eye makeup works though. Also try Colossal volume express mascara. It makes your eyelashes really long and pretty=)
get white eye shadow and put it on the inner corner of your eye, top and bottom about half way across. then get black eyeliner and put it on the outer corner of your eye on the bottom. and then any colour to the outer corner of your eye... any thing bold... just experiment and have fun :)
for a natural look,

use tan or light brown, or eye shadow that's closest to your skin tone. and use i fine, thin line of black eyeliner.

for a stand out look,

use green, grey or light blue eyeshadow. use a fine thin line of black eyeliner.

:]

best of luck,

x
