well first of all just take a deep breath and you should try it yourself first it will take a while to learn but you will be a pro before you know it, i love eyeliner! i went from never knowing how to do makeup to ur makeup pro! i do eye make up so amazing especially the eyeliner, and all u do is just make sure its quiet, or i like to play a song that i really like while i do the makeup, and first what u do is close ur eye and take the liner and slowly make a line across the top, its ok if your not neat it will take time, just clean up with qtips slowly then put the pencil inside ur eye close ur lid and slowly go back and forth, this is a techinique for beginners now i just keep my eyes open when i apply, hopefully it will be easy for you, and make sure u have concealer or foundation and powder on the eye are this way the eyeshadow and eyeliner will have a better look to your eye hope this helpsAny tips on how to relax with eye liner?

I think that the eyeliner that you are using is causing for your eyes to act sensitive. Use products like Almay that are made for sensitive people.
pull down the bottom eyelid and then apply
It took me a while to just put contacts in. Some people are sensitive to things touching or possibly touching their eyes. You need to practice to desensitise yourself. Try running gently above your top lash line and below your bottom (where you would put liner on) with a q-tip or back of a toothbrush or something else that's not sharp or inky, just to get comfortable with the idea.

Once you're comfortable, buy and try different types of liners. Don't get a cheap pencil. It's hard to keep sharp and put on and you'll be disappointed and discouraged. Try a liquid or gel, but keep in mind they're harder to use but I like the results better.

Maybe you could go to a department store or MAC or Sephora and get someone to put on different types of liners (maybe on different days) so you can see what looks best on you, and they can show you how to soften it, in case that's the look you want.
Have a big mirror in handy and place it on top a desk or your bed will work it does for me and place your elbows down on the desk and place your index finger above your eye lids and push up so you don't blink or move when you are applying the eye liner. Look up into the mirroe and breath slowly and calmly and with the other finger glide your eye pencil from the inner corner of your eye to the outside corner. Do the same for the bottom lashes. and then curl your lashes and add black mascara. if you are light skin tone it's best to use a dark brown eye liner than black. keep doing this and you will be a pro at it.

*tip to make your eye liner stay on longer and to prevent it from drooping down or bleeding use an eye liner brush or an angle brush and apply the same shade of eye shadow as your eye liner. this really keeps it on your eyes longer and not to give you a raccoon eye look. ALSO WHEN YOU APPLY EYE SHADOW OVER YOUR EYE LINER PEOPLE CAN'T EVEN TELL IF IT'S A STRAIGHT LINE. HOPE THIS HELPS YOU AND GOOD LUCK. HAVE FUN IS THE MAIN KEY. BE CONFIDENT AND TELL YOURSELF THAT YOU CAN DO THIS.
