Are there any good tricks or tips to mkae your eye lashes long with mascara without getting it clumped ?

This is what works for me:

Use your eyelash curler to curl your lashes.

Grab an index card/business card something of that sort

Place the card behind your eyelashes.

And then simply apply your mascara (Maybelline XXL Extentions is what I use) and do the same with the bottom lash.

It won't clump, it won't smudge, and it makes my eyelashes look longer.

Hope it works out for you!Are there any good tricks or tips to mkae your eye lashes long with mascara without getting it clumped ?
maybelline define a lash is good at lengthening lashes. the worst clumpiest mascara ever is great lash. curl your lashes before you put on mascara and wiggle the brush when you apply the mascara. umm, also i don't know what the name for these are but you could get those clean mascara brushes from sephora that they use to put on the tester mascaras to comb out any clumps. throw out your mascara every two months. Mascara Techniques and Secrets - Eye Makeup

When men are asked the first thing they notice about a woman, it is usually their eyes. OK, OK, men look at other ';things'; as well, but eyes are always at or near the top of the list. Mascara and lipstick are two of the most common and popular forms of makeup. Lipstick highlights and sets off the mouth, while mascara brings out the eyes. Most women would love to have natural, thick, long lashes - mascara is the easy way to get there! One secret to applying mascara is to make sure you get complete coverage from tip to root - when applied unevenly to the tips of the lashes (which many women do as they try not to get too close to the old eyeball), you get that globby look. To get more coverage at the base of your lashes (and end up with more distinct, separated lash ends), try moving the mascara brush back and forth gently next to the roots of the upper eyelid to get a load of mascara on the lashes, then begin brushing out to the tips. For the lower eyelid, some women prefer to hold the mascara wand in an up and down position, and then move it back and forth as opposed to holding the wand horizontally and trying those small strokes to get to the tips. Many women also skip the bottom lash entirely, avoiding the possible smudging and smearing that often occurs. Placing a white tissue below the lower lashes also makes them easier to see and easier to apply mascara without worrying about getting it on your face. If you have too much mascara on the brush, be sure to wipe of any excess on a kleenex before clumping it up on your eyes!

Mascara Colors - Buying Mascara Online

Most mascara comes in brown or black - brunettes are normally told to use black mascara, blondes are to use brown mascara. Of course, the color choice is up to you - if you are going for drama, go for black, and go for 2 or 3 coats for an even brassier look. Colored mascara is also popular, usually with younger girls. Colored mascara is usually a fashion no-no in the workplace, so consider how far you want to push the limits. Try coloring just the tips of your lashes if you want an extra sparkle to your normal look. Sephora.com has some cool colored DiorShow Mascara to choose from. We also like Drugstore.com for whatever kind of mascara you want to buy. They carry Revlon, Neutrogena, Maybelline, L'Oreal, Tweezerman, Physicians Formula - everything.

More Mascara Tips

Let the upper lashes dry for 30-45 seconds before tackling the lower lash - helps avoid smudging. Always remove eye makeup at the end of the day. Swabplus makes nice mascara remover swabs. Maybelline Expert Eyes 100% Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover is another popular one, both for eyeliner and eyeshadow and mascara. Some people use simple solutions like baby oil on a cloth, baby shampoo, or olive oil.

Xtreme Lashes Eyelash Extensions - Extreme lashes

For those who are really into long, dramatic lashes, there is the Xtreme Lash extensions. What are Xtreme Lashes? Extreme Lashes are single strands of synthetic (artificial) eyelashes, curved like natural eyelashes. They are glued (using a special waterproof bonding agent) onto your existing lashes one at a time by a salon professional, and they can last up to 2 months. Most women get them maintained every 3 weeks or so, replacing ones that have fallen off and re-attaching loose ones. Once properly applied, they look and act like natural lashes - you can shower, swim, sleep - no need to worry about accidentally rubbing them off (they suggest no swimming for the first 48 hours after application). Xtreme Lashes need to be professional applied - you cannot do it yourself. How much do Xtreme Lashes cost? They are not cheap - plan on spending $300-$500 for a complete application. You can find out more information about Xtreme Lashes at their website, xtremelashes.com.
First, make sure you are using a mascara with a wand that is not too big, and it isn't too thick and clumpy. I find Voluminous is clumpy. Try Maybelline Great Lash - good medium mascara. Apply a thin coat, brushing it through. Now, one more coat. Brush though before it dries. Buy a small metal lash comb to help brush through the mascara if you can find one. Never brush lashes once the mascara has dried.
Simple answer: Use a metal eyelash comb (e.g., Tweezerman from Target) in between coats of mascara.
