stay away from dark eyeliners on the lid, they make your eyes pop out more. Try neutral liner colors, and not too dark shadows. But truthfully, having ';big'; eyes isn't a bad thing. Just use colors that compliment your skin tone, and nothing too too brightEye tips??
putting eyeliner on the inside bottom eye makes them look smaller
eye liner on the outside like upper eyelids, or underneath your eye will make them look BIGGER
big eyes are pretty though.
