Eye makeup tips for a dark blonde, blue eyed, fair skin?

I usually use a black, navy, or brown eyeliner. A softer black mascara, but I like it thick and lots of it. For eye shadows I stick with pinks, lighter browns, ivories. I'm sure I'm doing my eyes ok, but its not looking clean and fresh to me. My eyes dont seem bright and fresh, if that makes sense. I dont know if I need better make up, different colors, or just put it on a different way.

I see women who look like they are just wearing liner and mascara, it doesnt look like they have on any shadow even though I'm sure they have some. It looks good, not over done. I wish I could achieve that look

Anyone very similar to me or if you are a make up artist or what have you, any tips ans advice would be appreciated! :)Eye makeup tips for a dark blonde, blue eyed, fair skin?
Stop using black eyeliner....purple eyeliner with a lilac shadow will bring out the blue in your eyes. Use a medium brown shadow at the corners.Eye makeup tips for a dark blonde, blue eyed, fair skin?
Try wearing concealer as eyeshadow on your eyelids. It will give you a natural yet perfected look.
have you ever tried fake eye lashes?? i use them all the time. they really make my lashes look long and think. i think you should use black eye liner with black mascara. a soft pink eyeshadow, with a little bit of black eye shadow along your crease would look really good. I PROMISE
Hmmm... I would say um just stick w/light colors. I think a light green or pink or a white would look nice. Go to almay.com they have great tips and advice and makeup that could help you achive the look you want.
