My sons eye doctor says one good way of doing that is to wear an eye patch on one eye at a time for about 30min intervals. It helps strenghthen each eye and help them work together more properly and independently as well. We had to do this because he has Strabisimus or ';crossed eyes'; and because he is far sighted. He ended up having 2 sugeries but still using the patches and we have seen a great improvement. Good luck!
There are no exercises that will improve your vision.
It is thought that a medication called Icaps might help with macular degeneration though not proven,it certainly hasn't been shown to do harm.
The best thing you can do for your vision is to take precautions against looking directly into the sunlight which can burn holes in your retina, protect your eyes from welding flashes, and from getting things in your eyes such as metal, saw dust or grass etc by wearing goggles.
Always see your Optometrist or Ophthalmologist as recommended.

Tips on how to make your eye-lashes longer?
I have average lengh eye-lashes and just wanted to know if their was any ways in which i can make them appear longer without spending a lot of money?
Thanks :) xTips on how to make your eye-lashes longer?
1. Don't use mascara unless you need to, and always take it off at night.
2. Try to use a non-waterproof, unless you have very oily skin.
3. At night, put vasaline or castor oil on your eyelashes. Just a little does the trick. It will condition them and stop them from falling out, so they can grow longer and thicker and healthier.
Hope I helped!!!
oh yeah, and also remember to curl your eyelashes before and NOT AFTER applying mascara, or else they could break.
I'd reccomend any mascara by neutrogena. They have one made from olives that works well and is also really good for your eyelashes, lol.Tips on how to make your eye-lashes longer?
I too have average length eye-lashes and what I do to give the illusion of full, elegant lashes is:
1) Apply clear mascara first.(at least 2 strokes) Cover Girl Clear Mascara or Maybelline Great Lash Clear Mascara works nicely.
2) Then apply the darkest mascara you can find.( I personally find L'Oreal's Telescopic Mascara in Blackest Black outstanding. It's lightweight, non-clumpy and elongates the lashes.
3) After letting the mascara set and dry, you can always use a lash comb to remove any excess residue and Bam! Hope I've helped.
lol my eyelashes are normal size i think. They are not too long but not too short they are a little above medium :) but i like them to show as if they were really long :)
I use Revlon eyelash curler and Mabeline Volume express black eyelash mascara to make them longer :)

Eye make-up that looks good on green eyes??? please give me tips?
i wear eyeliner on bottom...tell me what to add...and i wear mascara but i need some tips on how to make it look better....and i have really pale skin...and red hair so what would look best??? please give me good and step-by-step tips.......Eye make-up that looks good on green eyes??? please give me tips?
it might be weird, but green/teal eyeliner can do great things for colored eyes!~Eye make-up that looks good on green eyes??? please give me tips?
When I wore my hair red (I too have green eyes) I found that purple tones were most flattering. Not so much the lavenders - but more like plum.
I would use a brown eyeliner and smudge it along the lash line on the top lid, to give a soft smokey backdrop. Then I would put a lighter shade of purpley/plum/pink in the inner corner, of the lid. I would smudge the plum colour (darker shade) on the outside lid and up towards the eyebrow on the outside only. It might look like a mess by now, but have no fear. Use a makeup-sponge and clean it up, and shape it the way you'd like it to look. Between the eyebrow and the colour on the lid, I use a shear shimmery beige/flesh tone. This gives the area under the brow some sparkle, and tones down the purple so that it doesn't look like I have a black eye! lol.
I've also done the same with green/light green/beige.
I wear green liquid eyeliner (Extreme Art, shade 06, by Gosh Cosmetics) on top and bottom. When that dries I apply a light green pencil liner (Velvet Touch, shade Green Boost, by Gosh Cosmetics) to top and bottom, just a little to blend and soften the look of the liquid liner. Then I apply a dark brown mascara (black tends to be too dark for pale skin and green eyes).
Other days I follow the same process, but use a dark brown liquid liner followed by Gosh Cosmetics Velvet Touch in shade ';Bananas';. Again followed by dark brown mascara (I use Gosh Amazing Length n' Build).
I find that my mascara looks better if I apply it on only my upper eyelashes, but make sure you apply the mascara to the top and bottom of the upper lashes. If that makes sense. This way your lashes will be fully coated in mascara and will be the same colour even when your eyes are closed or when you are looking down.
I have very pale skin and green eyes too. Green eyes look best in either brown, plum/purple shades or green shades of eye makeup.
nice black eyeliner with a little blue eyeliner in the middle and a little of sliver liquid eyeliner and the corners inside the eyes . and mascara black . best of luck %26lt;3
I have green eyes too! I use dark plum colors or greens or browns. I line the top with black liner (liquid but any will do) and line my bottom water line with dark brown eyeliner. It looks really good and helps the green to really POP
black or brown eyeliner and mascara. and using darker green, mauve and neutral colored eyeshdow.
anything in the purple/pink family suits green eyes really well.
if your really pale try a brown liner %26amp; black mascara(i mean you could use black liner too)
a light bronzer on cheeks
and a pale pink lip...very cute!!
In some stores that sell make up, like shoprite, will sow you what colors to wear with your kind of eyes.chaep web hosts

Any tips for applying eye makeup on Asian eyes?
The key to Asian eyes is that generally they're a lot smaller than that of their American counterparts, so to make your eyes look a lot bigger you have to focus on your lashes, because nice full lashes really make your eyes stand out and make them seem a lot bigger than they really are. That said, go with Shiseido. They're very famous for their eye makeup and I think their products are perfectly designed for Asians. Their mascara is a very good investment, especially the one with the small brush because it's so incredibly easy to apply, and even if your lashes are very short the mascara manages to make them look very voluminous and long. When your lashes are separated and fanned out, your whole eye brightens up.
Once you've got the eyelashes down, I'd recommend using a very light but shimmery color and apply that as a base on your eyelid. Don't go overboard and apply it all the way to your brow bone--I'd say just apply where your eyeball is when your eyes are closed. A nice gold or silver works very well. It brightens up your eyes and once again, makes them seem bigger and much more lively. The rest of the eyeshadow depends on what you're wearing and how you want to match with your outfit. But pretty much any color works well. If you just want the light shimmer then that ends up looking very pretty too.
Oh and another recommendation is a good eyelash curler. Shiseido is the best. Shu Uemura is very famous for their curlers but this brand is a lot harder to find in the US, unless you order online. I'd say stick with Shiseido because their counters can be found in pretty much every department store. I bought the curler for around $13-15 and the mascara goes for $21. It'll cost a pretty penny but it lasts a long time and I think it's really the best deal for Asian eyes. :)Any tips for applying eye makeup on Asian eyes?

i would only put eyeliner on the outter part of the top lid dark.and black mascar thats all youll need.
for eyeliner make the line thicker toward the outer part of your eye and thinner the closer you get to your nose
use liquid eyeliner mostly on the top but a little on the bottom.
practice makes perfect
just figure out what effect you want and try to achieve it and then try to duplicate it
black mascara on top lashes black eyeliner on bottom ild.
Avoid heavy shadow.
If any use one color like a light frost or golden frost cream only along top lid, do not pass the crease in your top lid.
Keep it simple.
Try squinting when you do it...
put some eyeliner on the crease so it makes your eyes look smaller and sexier( in a subtle way)
Hmm... I think that depends on what look you're aiming for. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of the super-smokey eyeshadow look on Asian eyes. And unless you have very pink skin, I'd stay away from the blues and greens. Invest in a good mascara, with a good brush, and you won't have to bother with eyelash crimpers. I use Fresh Supernova, and I love it.
You must own an eyelash curler.
I'm not Asian, but I'm half Finish, and they are descended from the Mongols, so I have stick straight hair, and my eyelashes have no curl at all.
I bought a new eyelash curler that doesn't have any plastic on the sides, so it fits the eye better, the older style ones were like a box your eyelashes all had to fit within, and it was too curved for my eye.
I here Shi Uemura is supposed to have a nice one out, but I just bought a cheapy from Ulta. You might try Sephora.
Speaking of Shi Uemura, maybe that makeup would be a good idea, I think he is Japanese there is a chance it could already be balanced for your skin type/tone?
So many of the other lines are all French...
Any how hope that helps.
First I apply black liquid eyeliner on the crease of my eyelids.
then I use a brown pencil eyeliner on top of the black line.
Finally I use mascara and heat up my eyelash curler with a hair dryer to have long lasting curls.

Eyeshadow and eye liner tips please?
when i put it on it never comes out quite right. any tips on how to apply it?Eyeshadow and eye liner tips please?
You'll want to start with the liner first. Dont apply in one stright line, or, if you do, take a q-tip and smudge it across. Next, for a day-time look, use a light shade on your eye lid, next take a darker shade and use it in the crease. Always blend everything. You can also use a translucent white in the inner corner of your eye and right under your eyebrown to reflect the light.
You can also watch some Youtube videos or watch Carmondy on What Not To WearEyeshadow and eye liner tips please?
Apply foundation very lightly to your eyelids as you would to the rest of your face. Then use a brush or sponge to apply the inkpot to your eyelids in the shape you desire. Don't coat it on too thick, you don't want to see it through your makeup.
That done, start with your look. It would be great if you had a flat tipped or angled brush for this part, as sponge applicators are not very useful. Select a light loose powder (I recommend Barry M or Gosh, or MAC if you're fortunate enough) and sweep it across your eyelid up to the crease. At the crease, select a dark tone of the same colour, and work it back and forth into the crease of your eye using your brush. It should significantly darker than your lower top lid, and should be worked from the outer eye to just past the centre crease, back and forth to blend it in.
Next, select a midtone of the same colour (between the light and dark colours you've chosen so far) and apply it above the crease, or simply use it just to blend out the crease, leaving the top half nude. you may wish to highlight under your eyebrow with a light colour eyeshadow or highlighter.
Eyeliner can be applied in many ways, depending on the shape you want. For the lower lashes, take a black eyeliner pencil, and work it back and forth along your lower waterline, as it may rub off if you are sparing. The waterline is the ridge as your lid meets your eyeball.
On your top lid, use either a sleek inkpot (from Superdrug), liquid eyeliner, or the pencil, to draw a line from just past the centre of your eye (starting at the side nearer your nose) and working towards the outer eye. It should be very thin and close to the lashes on the inner side, and become thicker on the outer to give the impression of a wider eye.
You could wing it out at the end by starting where your upper and lower lids meet at the outside of your eye, and imagining the bottom lid will follow up to your eyebrow. Draw that line as far as you want it. Draw a line from close to the end of the crease of your eyelid and join the two in a triangle. Make it as thick or thin as you want, curvy or straight, and fill it in. You could leave it open ended, or draw a point at the inside of your eye etc. Play and see. The trick is to be as close to the lashline as possible, and make it thinner closer to your nose, and thicker past the midway point. The change should be gradual. It's easiest to use fluidline or a Sleek inkpot with a small angled brush. Stop and start rather than drawing one straight line if you're likely to mes it up.
Enjoy!
It's sorta hard the first time so just relax, take a breath, and slowly draw a line stopping when your arm may ache and start again where you started. It'll never turn out COMPLETELY perfect but it can get pretty darn close! It just takes practice. I got it by every night practicing, maybe trying different techniques (and I say night that way if you mess up, your only going to bed nobody will see) :) Hope this helps!
i have a friend who goes overboard on eyeliner. we all love her but we all notice the black lines under and above her eyes. she doesnt need it and it can look thick, cakey, and tar-like. dont go overboard on eyeliner would be my advice. a class in cosmetology can show you how to apply a thin line perfect for your eye shape and color.
eyeshadow, you can have somefun with. my favorites are a shimmery bronze, sparkle pink and purple. i use covergirl products.
hope i gave you some tips! good luck! ;)
Can you be more specific of how it ';never comes out right?';

Any tips/tricks for applying eyeliner between your eye and bottom lash?
I always have trouble applying it, making it noticable, and actually getting it to stay. How do you guys do it?Any tips/tricks for applying eyeliner between your eye and bottom lash?
Pull your eyelid away from your eye with one hand and apply it with the other. You may have to go over it a couple of times and sometimes you'll have to wife the pencil on a tissue to get it coloring it's darkest. As far as it staying on... I'm not sure what you could do it make it stay really well except bring the eyeliner with you and check it every once in a while and reapply as it is coming off. That is what I do.Any tips/tricks for applying eyeliner between your eye and bottom lash?

Buying non-cheap eyeliner.
Get one of those self-sharpening eyeliner pencils. Put your finger on your lower eyelid and pull the skin away from your eye. Then just color in the bottom eyelid, gently, with the eyeliner pencil. You don't want it to be that obvious that you're wearing it; just to look a little better. Too-obvious makeup makes you look like a skank, no offense.
Best wishes.
P.S. Don't let other people use your eyeliner or mascara. It can spread pinkeye, and other eye problems.
use covergirl perfect point eyeliner its long wearing and easy to apply
I would definitely use pencil eyeliner. Putting liquid there usually just burns and rubs off when its that close to your eyeball. You should pull the skin below your eyes down with one hand, and apply with the other hand. I like to use quick little strokes, and this way it turns out even all over, and looks a little smoky. I would definitely use charcoal, sienna, navy, or anything other than black. And if you're wearing it during the daytime, go easy! You can lay it on a little thicker for going out at night.
place your index finger below your eyelid and slightly pull down so that the eyelid is slightly more taught. this helps in putting the eyeline since the eyelid wont move as much. you can steady your hands by placing your elbows on a table. and it also helps to apply the eyeliner in small dashes rather than one continuous sweep. hope this helps!
As they all said about pulling it away etc. But try a pencil you can use wet and dry ... when u put it under some tap water you can get really great results
making sure your hand is steady is important.
if its not dark enough the first time then its easier to make one complete line and then do it again, instead of going back and fourth. and it makes a cleaner line.

Do you have any tips for an eye catching resume?
yeah go to college.Do you have any tips for an eye catching resume?
I agree with pealii microsoft has great templates.Do you have any tips for an eye catching resume?
Books to check out: ';Damn Good Resume'; and ';Resume Pro: The Professional's Guide';.
use your cover sheet as an introduction using personalized stationary with your picture on it!! A tactic often used in broadcasting....specially on air radio.....works too!
Get the attention of the reader in the first few lines. Perhaps an opening section with a few lines about you, your attributes and your what you are looking for (keep it down to three or four lines though). Employers will nearly always get far too many applications and they wont even read them all through initially. They will scan over the opening few lines and get rid of those that are not eye-catching just to get the numbers down. It's sad but true that many people who are sufficiently qualified to do a job, often don't even get past this stage because of the volume of respondents. Get yourself noticed early on! From then on it's up to you, good luck!
Work on the cover letter. Research the heck out of the company you are sending the resume to. The resume is just backup so the potential employer can see where you've worked, if there are any empty time spans, if you've got the education and/or experience for the job.
print on cream paper, be careful of how to use bold fonts, this will dictate the reader's eye.
microsoft website has templates for different types of resume's try that.
I recently took applications for a positin. Use a different color paper...but not flurouscent. Like a pale blue or something soothing. It will stand out immediately and be read, be very inquisitive when you go turn it in. Ask a lot of questions about the job and seem like you really care about the answers.

Eye makeup tips plz!?
Any eyeshadow tips? (i have hazel eyes n light brown hair)
how do I keep my bottom eyeliner from smearing and making me look dead?Eye makeup tips plz!?
i think this is in the wrong section but I'll answer anyways. Don't use cheap make-up and don't use liquid eyeliner.
I would suggest eyeshadow as eyeliner it stays on better than a waxy pencil and its not as drmatic.
Eyeshadows I would say (if you can pull it off) use tints or shades or red/pink this will bring out the green in your eyes. I always Like the littlest color right under the brow and working from inside of you lid to outside from darkest to lightestEye makeup tips plz!?
Sorry I麓m not much good with makeup, but if you ask this Q in beauty section you will get many answers for this, I thought you might have been asking here in the cleaning and laundry section for tips as to how to remove those makeup stains, Now that I麓m answering your Q. most makeup stains can be removed by adding a small amount of dish washing liquid to the stain , rub the liquid in with your finger tips , Next pop into your machine on a 40潞c normal wash and the stains will come out
Use a pencil instead of liquid liner. Try a lighter color too, like light brown instead of black. It'll still define your eyes but you won't look fake. I always go for natural browns for my eye shadow, sometimes darker browns when I am going out for more definition. THe more natural colors the more real you look. Also if you have a good brush you can use darker shadow to line your bottom eyeline.
try youtube. They have so many great makeup tips on there.Look under..makeup tips
Use a waterproof eyeliner and put it like on the inside of your eye. Mascara can also flake off and make u look dead. Put a darker color or any color on the lid of your eye, make sure its darker. Put it in an increasing way, like a little bit away from the cornea of your eye and more on the other side. THen take a shimmer, not sparkles.. just a shimmer and highlight under your brow line and a little bit where you put the darker color. Then in the corner of your eye put a llittle more shimmer on the top n bottom.

Any tips when taking a red-eye flight?
Me and the rest of my class are taking a red eye flight this Friday. Its my first time and I was wondering if anyone had any good experiences/bad experiences words of wisdom etc etc. that they could give me? Thanks.
The airline is WestJet, if that helps.Any tips when taking a red-eye flight?
Take some Benadryl or something that will help you sleep, that is by far the best thing to do on long haul red eyes.Any tips when taking a red-eye flight?
Don't eat the food!
The one time I took a red-eye they gave us a pack with a breakfast burrito and a cookie and carrots and stuff. The burrito was SO gross! At the end I threw up, and I've always felt fine on flights, I like them. But don't trust the burritos! And they don't mix well with cookies.
everybody else is going to be sleeping, so the cabin will be dark. Usually I am awake for the first half and then I pass out for the second half. Take something to read (with a book lamp) or music to listen to until you fall asleep.
Get some sleep beforehand, definitely. Also, you may want to take a Benadryl to get you to sleep on the plane, which will be good since you'll be well rested when you arrive. Just relax and take it easy. Good luck!
I have slept, not slept - the best is to sleep.
Take it from someone who has traveled to Korea 8 times in 12 months - you must sleep on your way. Take a light sedative when you leave and when you get there to help you go to bed...it makes all the difference!
Best of luck to you!
Dress very comfy, try to sleep if you can (often times people need some type of sleeping pill) or if you choose to stay awake stock up on some good books or magazines for the long flight. Have fun = )
Dress in loose comfortable clothing. There's nothing worse thatn being stuck in binding or clothing or needing to adjust your clothing every 10 minutes.
If possible, take your own travel pillow and a blanket. Most airlines will provide a blanket and pillow, however you have no way of knowing if those pillows and blankets have been used by a passenger on the flight before you. (my firend is a flight attendant and he says you don't want to know what people do under those blankets!).
If your feet get cold eaisly, wear thick socks.
Take a book, magazine or crossword/sodoku puzzles to help pass the time. You may also want to bring some music to listen to, however, remember that people sitting near you can hear your music even if you're using headphones if you have the volume up too high.
If you feel tired, try to sleep. I'd advise against taking a sedative or sleeping pills. These can leave you feeling groggy or hung over. Also, in the case of an emergency it will take you longer to be fully aroused and ready to evacuate. Emergencys are confusing enough, you don't need to add the confusion of trying to figure out where you are and what you're doing because you're fighting off the effects of a sleeping pill. Some sleeping pills can cause you to have halicunations or not know who you are or where you are. (I take Ambien and similar pills to sleep, I know what they can do) Sleeping pills should only be taken in a safe, secure environment, not on a plane.
Be kind to your flight attendants. They are there to make sure your flight is a safe one. Please do not give them a hard time if they ask you to turn off your electronics or cell phone, or if they ask you to return to your seat. If you need something during your flight, please ask for it politely. Some red eyes will offer a beverage service, however, keep in mind that the flight attendants are not waitresses in the sky.
Get some sleep.
Don't sleep during it, the jet lag when you arrive will be terrible. Stay up until nighttime where you're staying.
take one Dramamine pill...it will take away any potential motion sickness and help put you to sleep....i won't fly anywhere without them. red eye flights are exhausting, so something to help put you to sleep would be nice. don't forget to dress comfortably and take a little blanket if you want to be warm
It helps me very much to sleep.
I use earplugs - they help me feel like I'm in my own little bubble world. And I like to cover my eyes with a t-shirt or blanket or something so I'm not distracted when lights go on and off.chaep web hosts

Tips on putting eye liner on the bottom of your eye?
i can bever get it right! and when i put mascara on my bottom eyelashes, it looks like a corpse. helpTips on putting eye liner on the bottom of your eye?
fistly, i was always told that you NEVER PUT MASCARA ON UR BOTTOM LASHES (unless you are modeling or shooting a TV ad or something...)
secondly, here's how i put on my eyeliner on my bottom lid.
(some people put it under the lashes, but i put it above. so it is in between my lashes and my actual eye).
i use my left hand to pull down the skin right under my eye. (i use mostly my middle and ring fingers). then, with my right hand i use my eye liner pencil, and draw in the line of my eyelid that is exposed.
(this ';line'; that you draw on appears once u pull down the skin under your eye.)
be careful not to go too fast because you may poke yourself in the eye - which hurts.... alot!!
and NO MASCARA ON YOUR BOTTOM LASHES.shame on u!! lol!!!Tips on putting eye liner on the bottom of your eye?
just do from the outside corner of your eye halfway into ur eye...it really makes ur eyes stand out, maybe try like a dark blue....smearing it a LITTLE bit also looks okay sometimes
don't apply mascara on your bottom lashes. If you must, just draw the wand across the lower lashes only once.
When using eyeliner, make sure you line the whole length of your eye. (Like don't start towards the middle or anything.) Also, it's best if you make a small dotted line with the liner and smudge it into your lash line. And if you are going to use liner and mascara, only use mascara on the top lashes to avoid overdoing it and looking like a ';corpse'; (lol) as you said. :) Hope it helps!

Does anyone have some eye make-up tips?
I have dark brown, long hair, quite a pale complexion and hazel/green eyes. What eye make up would best suit my colouring?Does anyone have some eye make-up tips?
I'm pretty similiar and I like deep browns and pinks. Plum color eye liner (applied subtly) will also bring out the color in your eyes (I learned that on What Not to Wear and it really works!). I also like coral and sheer pink colored lipsticks. I usually go for a more natural look.Does anyone have some eye make-up tips?
I also have long dark brown hair and a pale complexion, but I have blue eyes. I like to use a white right under my eyebrow to highlight my brow bone and make my eye appear larger. Then, I put a shimmer pale taupe over my entire eyelid, up to where the white under the eyebrow left off. On top of the taupe I put a shimmery brown/copper color from my eyelash line to the crease of my eye. Then I blend, blend, blend!!! This way there are no definate dividing lines of color on my eyelid.
I get lots of compliments on this color combo.
I have tried every color in the book and with fair skin beware of greys, purples, and pinks since they make us fair skinned ladies look like someone punched us in the eye!
Good Luck!
sounds like you have some great features to play up. Try some basic pencil eyeliner in soft black and lightly smudge for a smoky look. Add one coat of mascara. Almay has coordinated colors for eye colors that make your look fabulous.
Probably natural make-up would look best, but enhanced. Such as smokey eyes but natural coloured lips and skin tone. Sort of like Summer from the OC, I think that's a great look for a brunette :)
well, i love the natural look for eyes and a nice red lip, but almost any kind of brown or lighter color would look great
dark pinks, reds, or browns. maybe blue, but probably not. try some and see what you like best.
darker deep shades of color to match ur pale skin
like greys, blacks and olives =]

I just got liquid eye liner --any tips on aplication, anti smudgeng...?
i tried it today and it smudged all over
also any tips for natural looking applicationI just got liquid eye liner --any tips on aplication, anti smudgeng...?
i posted a link for you to look atI just got liquid eye liner --any tips on aplication, anti smudgeng...?
liquid eyeliner is AMAZING, but it is such a pain to get off sometimes!
just a lil tip, whenever you make a mistake, use lotion to help get it off!
http://alllinthis.blogspot.com
you can get much information in this website, kindly stay a minute in website and check anyone link at a time
try your best to create an even line along your eyes and if you make a mistake take a Q tip and clean it up
Make sure you get off the excess on the applicator before applying it. Try making lines on your hand first to get used to the way it feels. It's a lot like painting very fine lines, and takes experience and a gentle touch. You may want to start with drawing the line you want lightly with a eye liner pencil and then filling it in with liquid until you get used to it. Don't touch it and let it dry completely before you try to fix it. Then if you make a mistake, put lotion or makeup remover on a Q-tip (they make pointy ones for applications like this but regular can work too) and delicately wipe away what you don't want, rolling against your stroke slightly. It might take a few Q-tips at first. Use oil free makeup remover for best results (in my opinion).
you close your eye and put it on carefully around the eyelash line. for lines under your eye it wont really look natural. Do the same thing. If you use white eyeliner, It will make your eyes look bigger and if you use black eyeliner, It will tend to make your eyes look smaller. You may want to check on it throughout the day cause it sometimes smudges or chips
use an angled eye brush to apply will only cost you about 10.00 but will work sooooo much better than the aplicator it comes with. start in the middle of the eye lid and work your way out.. and then start at the begining of the eye lid and work your way to the middle..

if you have pale skin (but it works with any skin tone really), black eyeliner thin/medium thickness line applied on the upper eyelid %26amp; thinly applied under the eye gives a nice sort of contrast around the eyes %26amp; makes them stand out from the rest of your face.
( %26lt;-- kinda like my avatar for this thing, lol)
Also navy blue/black/dark eyeshadow ontop of the eyeliner brings out the green more %26amp; helps the eyeliner on the top lid not to smudge.
Subtle reds, pinks, oranges, browns and dark purples bring out the green aswell if you prefer colours or on special occasions etc. :P

look at almay section in drugstores/target/walmart to see which colors they recommend for your eye color, then if you want buy those colors in a different brand, like Maybelline since it's cheaper. I have bluish/greyish/green eyes and I love sunlit bronze (the four color one) by Maybelline. I'm been using it for years and always get compliments on my eyes because of it. It brings the color out wonderfully
I first put wet and wild eyeliner (black) underneath the shadow to make lashes seem fuller and darker. Since it's under the shadow it just looks darker, but if you mess up the eyeliner line it's fine since no one can actually see it. It blends nicely with sunlit bronze.
I then use dark blue eyeliner on the lower rim, but only on the outer half. This prevents it from looking like it's too much, and makes your eyes look wider/bigger.
Purple all the way. Not like a crazy purple, but more subtle ones really make green and grey eyes POP.
Also, browns and blues look nice.
Try the amethyst mascara by Almay. It doesn't look purple, but compliments the eyes so much more than plain black mascara.
Good Luck! : )
Purples and greens would look good on you. Have you tried the Almay line for specific eye colors? I reccommend you start with that it gives you three shadows, and tells you which eyeliner and mascara to buy with it. Then you can branch out on your own when you are comfortable.
Well I Have Green Eyes And I Use A Black Eyeliner And A Little Mascara But I Only Put A Thin Ish Line On.
But You Could Use Brown Eyeliner As Well And Use A Simple Colour Like Brown On Your Eye Lids But Practise A Few Times Until You Feel It Looks The Way You Want It.
Hope This Helped

I need eye makeup tips for almond eyes?
I have almond eyes, and I would like to make them pop! I just don't want to put too much on...I like more of the natural look. Is there any way to make them pop/stand out without piling it on too much?I need eye makeup tips for almond eyes?
There are great makeup tutorials done by plenty of girls with almond eyes on YouTube.com.
My absolute favorite makeup guru is Pursebuzz. Check her out and follow her tips.I need eye makeup tips for almond eyes?
well i kinda have almond shaped eyes and when i want mine to stand out more i just use eyeliner and line all around my entire eye (well except for the inside corners) i like using brown because it looks a bit more natural that black.
also, mascara does wonders!
i hope i helped a bit!
well you makeup mostly has to match your clothes but if your just experimenting put black eyeliner in with any light color eye shadow which will make your eyes look dark in the middle of light colered eye shadow which will put allot of attention on your eyes

Tips on applying eyeliner to the bottom part of the eye?
Can someone give me some tips on how to apply eyeliner to the bottom part of the eyes? Thanks! :)Tips on applying eyeliner to the bottom part of the eye?
Use a clean finger to pull down your skin near the eye (just a little bit) about where your cheek bones end. Line the inner rims of your eyes with the eyeliner, applying little pressure. Also be sure to not go too far in (towards your nose) so you don't damage your tear duct. It looks just like a little hole. Sharpen your pencil every 3 weeks so bacteria doesn't accumulate and cause an infection. Use a q-tip or cotton pad with eye makeup remover to remove excess eyeliner under your eyelashes.Tips on applying eyeliner to the bottom part of the eye?
umm well you kinda like stretch the eye out to the side even tho thats not good for the particles in your skin but yeah that will work then you just add it on? i dont know really how to describe it, look on youtube so you can actually SEE how ppl do it
go to you tube and watch the make up tutorials, it is so much easier to do when you see it being done than going by what someone tells you to do. That way you can find the look you are trying to achieve
Do it very carefully.
pull down the skin below ur eye so u look like a zombie haha
then put it on the water line and on the lashline

Are there any tips for eliminating dark circles and eye bags?
all i can say is wear a consealer that matches your skin tone, and get more sleep! sleep is always good! Are there any tips for eliminating dark circles and eye bags?
i love cucumber on the eyes or failing that a good eye cream and concealerAre there any tips for eliminating dark circles and eye bags?
Im 16 and i had darker circles under my eyes! i ahted them and then my mum found this perfect concealer it was about 拢30 and contains all natural plant extracts etc the brand is Sisley Its the best! I had tried up to 20-30 different concealers this is the best try it!
Ok you'll hate buying this.... but pile creams work a treat!!!
Honestley!
But when applying make sure you use your 3rd finger and dab gently....dont rub the creams in or you'll promote wrinkles
i've heard that models use preparation h under eyes to reduce puffiness. if it works for them!!
Get some beauty sleep? i guess.
You need more Iron in your diet. An Iron deficiency will cause you to have dark circles under your eyes.
Suffer and put up with it, dear oh dear, I don't think so!
Causes:
Constipation, vitamin deficiency, tiredness, Hereditry predisposition, sluggish circulation
Solutions:
Good diet, exercise, high pillows, drink lots of water, conceal with make up
Tips:
Use fake tan on your face for a healthier look, use concealer (Lancome Soft finish is good), Vitamin supplements, Specific eye creams/serums - serum at nights, creams cause puffiniess -use them in the day instead. Get plenty of sleep - hope that helps!
I have dark circles myself, I'm not too concerned about it.
You pretty much have your answers here already.
Sleep, drink plenty of water, use cucumbers on your eyes to soothe.
It could be an allergy or a liver ailment. Possibly something lacking in your diet, perhaps?
Otherwise I see it as a milestone. Like fine lines and wrinkles they're like markers to signify an important event in your life.
So no worries, just accept it and be happy:)
expensive cover ups (for dark circles )
normal ones just don't work
google it
yep yep get some cucumbers not to eat but to put on you r eyes and some concealer.
When going asleep use an extra pillow!!!
Hmm well everything here makes sense if you are past a certain age probably bags can only be helped with plastic surgery, not a serious operation I dont think, u can have it done awake.
sliced cucumbers are good... also... look for a sleep mask... like one that can be put in the fridge... they are good. also concealer is helpful but dont get anything too light or it will look odd. Good luck! also, try to get more sleep... or if it is caused by allergies, talk to your doctor and get on some allergy medicine
i suffer from this .. but not very good at doing all these%26gt;%26gt;
a. grade potatoes put them in fridge and keep them under you your eyes.
b. slices of cucumber is pretty good too.
c.tea bags ..after use cvan be kept in fridge and then used to cover the eye bags..!!!
plus some crams are great if you can afford it
La Praire under eye contour cream is great but very $$$.
Also try to sleep..stop smoking if you smoke.
plenty of sleep and 2 litres of water a day and a good eye cream applied morning and night

Any tips on how to prevent eye damage?
Im nearly 11 years old, i was wearing eyeshadow for a while, for fun, and im starting to have little bits of wrinkles.I didnt wear it out, like all the time, just for practice. I have small-medium dark circles, and i need help.Pease give tips on how to prevent wrinkles, darker circes, and eye damage. PLEASE !!Any tips on how to prevent eye damage?
Well i really dont think its the makeup giving you wrinkles. Do you maybe pull on the corners of your eyes when your applying it? Or scrunch up your face in weird ways to make it easier to apply? That could be the reason. Just stop wearing the eyeshadows and such, and wear repairing lotions and creams and masks. Loreal and Olay have a lot of good ones you can look into at your local drugstore or something.Any tips on how to prevent eye damage?
At 11, I doubt you have actual wrinkles. It is good to be careful with your eyes, though, even at your age. The skin around the eyes is very delicate, so you should be gentle when applying and removing makeup. Wearing sunglasses any time you are outdoors will also help prevent damage. In a few years you can also start using an eye cream at night.
Use sunscreen all the time and sunglasses outside. The sun is the number one reason for wrinkles and sunspots. Darker circles can be inherited but lack of sleep or distress can make those circles show more. Tans are now out of style. You need to protect every inch of your body with sunscreen. Light skin will be in - look at the runway models!
wear aloe lotion on your face.
thats odd that you are getting wrinkles because your only 11 and i'm 17, and i've been wearing makeup longer than you have. =/ you must be mistaken. ask your mother next time.
eyeshadow wont give you wrinkles. its from something else. unless theres a toxic chemical (sarcastic) in the shadow... try organic?
just wear eyeglasses.,..
don't tug on your eyelids and underneath. use an eye cream too. drinks LOTS of water. good luck!

What are some tips you would have for someone to help them maintain good eye contact with an audience?
When I am speaking to a large group at a meeting, I know it is important to have good eye contact, but when I actually look the people in the eye, it makes me very nervous. So, what I do is just look beyond them, sort of just over the tops of their heads. That way they think you are looking at them because you are looking in their general direction, but you are not focused on one person in particular. They don't notice, because they just think you are looking at sometome else. What are some tips you would have for someone to help them maintain good eye contact with an audience?
When I'm speaking to an audience I always begin by looking just over the top of the heads of the people in the back row, scanning side to side. It helps me feel more comfortable. I continue to do that most of the time but throw in spots of talking specifically to a random person I pick out. Scan the top of the heads, pick a person, pick a person, scan, pick a person, etc, etc.
If you notice anyone who is really interested, nodding their head, etc they are a good one to keep focusing on. Stay away from anyone who seems to be falling asleep, it will just distract you. What are some tips you would have for someone to help them maintain good eye contact with an audience?
Stand straight up and don't try to zone in on just one person, keep looking around the room and stop every couple of seconds and smile and let what you say really sink in. Try your hardest not to figet or say UMMMM or repeat something over and over. Walk around a bit but not too much--just try to connect and keep your audience focused. You'll do great!! Make sure you know your stuff and be confident! I have faith in you!!!
I look over their heads... But as the writer above is correct also.
Keep scanning the room ....
Pick three key people in different parts of the audience. Scan back and forth between those three and people will get the illusion you are looking all around the room.
By picking the same three you won't risk being distracted if you suddenly look at someone new and they do something to catch you off guard.chaep web hosts

I have a very important Christmas party to go to tonight! My dress is dark chocolate brown with gold beading near the bottom. I am wearing gold jewelry with brown stones and some citrine colored stones. My date says to brighten up my eyes, I normally wear dark eyeshadow... well this advice is coming from my loving BF who knows nothng about eye make up. So go I wear bright gold on my eyes or some chocolate?Eye makeup tips for a brown and gold gown?!?
i agree with gracee as well . I hope you have a wonderfull time . are you wearing a full length gown ? if so is it strapless ? if it is dont forget to maybe add a little body glitter to your shoulders . good luck and god bless.Eye makeup tips for a brown and gold gown?!?
maybe try some bright gold eyeliner but chocolate eye shadow
that would be gorgeous!
I agree with Gracee
to play up your eyes take a dark brown eyeliner and line the outer corners of your eyes. then smudge it up. over that apply alittle shimmery brown eyeshadow. at the inner corner of your eyes dab alittle bit of gold. buhbam! beautiful eyes =]
I would definately go with brown eyeshadow on the lid and a gold above the crease and below the eyebrow. Do a brown eyeliner on the top of your eyelid and a black mascara. It wont be such a harsh combination and it will go great with your dress.
in my opinion, if you wear the same shade as your dress, there's nothing stand out.
you said you're going to wear jewelry and it has other colors than brown, try to wear that other color. it'll stand out your eyes. try ice shimmer eyeshadow but not brown or gold. trust me :)

I am only 26 and I've had these under eye circles and bags for years. Any tips?
I know it's genetic and I know there are creams and such out there, but I need to find something that works. I'm getting married in Sept. and I want to start a routine now so that the bags lessen over the next few months.I am only 26 and I've had these under eye circles and bags for years. Any tips?
Here's some serious help -
Remedies For Dark Circles
* An instant dark circles remedy is to use the correct concealer. The shade should be lighter than your foundation. If circles are very dark, choose 2 shades lighter. Great choices can be Revlon New Complexion Concealer, Estee Lauder Smoothing Skin Concealer, Cover Girl Smoothers Concealer, or Neutrogena Smoothing Skin Stick.
* Apply a good Vitamin K cream. Vita-K Solution gel or Peter Thomas Roth Power K Eye Rescue help strengthen capillary walls around the dark circles to make them less visible.
* One should go for laser treatment only if the case is chronic. Lasers can increase production of collagen thereby thickening skin to make dark circles less visible.
* Home remedies for dark circles can include the following:
1. Drink plenty of water to combat dehydration.
2. Wear at least SPF 30 sunscreen to prevent more sun damage.
3. Get enough sleep.
4. Leave cold teabags, cucumber or potato slices, or washcloths with ice cubes on eyes for 15 minutes regularly.
5. Take iron supplements if anemic, but consult your doctor first.
6. Identify the allergens and avoid them. Whether it be pollen, food, whatever, avoidance is the best solution to this. And avoid rubbing your eyes.
* Hylexin is the first dark circles eye cream developed for serious dark circles. Featured in several magazines such as Marie Claire, FashionWeekDaily, The Wall Street Journal , Star and Luck.
* One of the greatest remedies for dark circles is Arbonne's NutriMinC庐 RE9 Repair. It鈥檚 a corrective puffiness and dark circles eye cream that does additional benefits 鈥?firming, moisturizing and repairing the delicate tissue around the eye.I am only 26 and I've had these under eye circles and bags for years. I have two Origins products that I love - they aren't miracles (nothing is) but they do make a noticeable difference. The first is the No Puffery, a cooling gel that reduces the bagginess. The second is Plantidote eye cream, which has caffeine to constrict blood vessels and reduce the bruisey circles. Before I apply either of these, I chill teaspoons in ice water and press the round end under my eye as a compress. This will also help reduce the fluid and bring the puffiness down.

Does anyone have tips for a droopy right eye?
I have a benign tumor and some scar tissue from previous surgeries there that make it look droopy. I have a wedding July 14th and want to know how to maybe make it look less droopy that day. Is there a way I can use tape to pull it up or do make up to make it look good? Other than camera angles and the profile pics done on the other side I dont know what to do! My engagement pictures made me cry and I dont want my wedding pictures to do the same! (if you need pics let me know and I can provide. )Does anyone have tips for a droopy right eye?
Well since surgery is out of the question I would say you should go to a skin care consult at a department store i.e., Neiman's or Dillard's. They don't cost a thing and most of the staff is skilled in doing makeovers and such. The only thing I suggest is leaving a tip if you decide not to buy any product.Does anyone have tips for a droopy right eye?
idk get eye surgery or ointment
My son has droopy eyes, but in his case it's more of a medical condition, because it comes and goes. He uses a hot towel, ';but not too hot';, over the infected area when it appears, and it helps very much. Good Luck at the wedding
Kenny
1] go to a makeup artist and get some cosmetic tips for it
2] ask photographer if he can airbrush some pictures [ check the cost ]
3] look at permanent makeup results on line - they do some corrective work as well

put vaseline on them at night before you go to bed..not heaps just enough to keep the moisturised.works for meHow to make eye lashes grow healthy thick and longer? Any beauty tips u know?
Hair and nails grow really well when you eat lots of Jelotine ( or jelly, jello etc) also try eating cod liver oil supplements! im no expert but id say that much!...Oh and try plucking a few at a time, as they grow back stronger that way!
I put vaseline on my lashes at night, I don't think it has made them longer, but they are nice and soft and in good condition.
Well plucking makes them grow back thicker but for a less painfull way you could try olive oil or vasiline on your eye lid before you go to bed.
every nite b4 u got 2 bed, rub a thin layer of vaseline onto ur lashes, they will b healthy in no time!

Can I get some Smoky Eye tips?
Does anyone have tips on how to do a nice daytime (toned down) smoky eye? Possibly in shades of brown? I would like to try something simple that I could glam up later for the evening. Any tips on how to achieve this w/o using 6 different shadows ans brushes haha? Can I get some Smoky Eye tips?
Dot your eyeliner across your eyes instead of doing a line. Then take a brush (or even the normal thing that comes in eyeshadows so long as it's clean) and run it across the dots to create the smoky smudged look. apply a lighter color to the corner of your eye and a medium color in the same family as your eyeliner to the rest. (typically i'd say do a medium color in the crease and a darker color from mid eye to the outer corner, but that 3 shades of eyeshadow, a brush to smudge, and a brush to apply the eyeshadow...)Can I get some Smoky Eye tips?
hey
k take dark brown eye liner pencil form and run it over ur top lid lightly but visibly about like not thick cos then its rllllyy obvious ur wearing makeup u know how bitchy girls can be lol. and under the top lashes run dark black eyeliner pencil form.
once u jhave done that neatly :) u take brownish dark eyeshadow best ot apply with ur index finge because it adds to the smokey look ur wanting. apply it by making the eyesahdow on ur finger just about overlap the thinish line on ur top lid so it gives a blendid look and natural.
concentrate most of the eyeshadow towards the bottom of ur top lid and gradually and u move up and up ur lid go lighter until u cant go anymore. remember to also concentrate on the outer edges of ur top lid to give a rounder more natural yet sexxc look ;) lol
i hope i helped :) took me ages to ryt this lol hehe cos im using a shyty laptop !! and the key pad is horrible

How do you get a smokey looking eye. EYE MAKE TIPS?
Any eye tips.
Here is a picture of my eye.
But i want to get a smokey look.
TIPS. TIPS. TIPS.
http://i69.photobucket.com/albums/i44/mlf_/DSC012211.jpgHow do you get a smokey looking eye. EYE MAKE TIPS?
I use bare minerals and was told to use a dark plum shadow,
then wet the eyeliner brush and use same shadow as a liner.
I then take a bigger brush and blend it all together. For evening I sometimes do the same with a dark coffee color or dark gray. How do you get a smokey looking eye. EYE MAKE TIPS?
well try cover girls gray smoke hope all gose well
Outline your eyes with black or really dark brown eyeliner, then take a dark eyshadow and blend it around the eyeliner. This way is my favorite because your eyes still stay defined because of the liner isnt being smudged itself, but you still get the smokyness from the eyeshadow. Hope that works for you!!
All these tips are good. But practice at home. You don't want to look like a racoon. Also its should be neat not messy looking . Then its a bad job. Also dont' know your age. but if your older I wouldnt' recommend it so much makes you look older.
You could use some mascara, and maybe some black eye shadow.
use a grey, silver, or black eyeshadow and put on your lids. Then use a grey, silver or black eyeshadow and put it on your crease. Then get a highlighter and put it on your arch eye brow. then put a thick line of black liquid liner.
IMO, youre already smokey. i dont think you need any makeup but thats just me.
good luck!
You have beautiful eyes!
One of the latest trends in eye makeup is the colored smoky eye. I would think a plum smoky eye would look wonderful and really make your eyes pop.
Stay in the same family of colors that you have in your picture. Use a black eyeliner pencil to apply a thin, thin line on your top eyelid as close to your lash line as you can get it -- it will make your lashes look fuller. Then use a dampened brush or eye makeup applicator to apply a smudgy line of dark plum liner to your upper eyelid, and -- if you like -- to your lower lid.
Sweep a slightly lighter shade of plum over your eyelid, up to your crease. Return to your dark shade to highlight your crease. For a really dramatic look, I like to make the crease shading a little bigger and more intense to the outer corner of my eye.
To finish, apply a lighter, more shimmery shade just on and under your browbone, and to the inside corner of your eye. Blend blend blend.
Apply mascara, and you're done!
Achieving the smoky eye is more about the technique than the color of the eyeshadow. Divide your eye in three from top to bottom...1) Brow bone 2) crease 3) lid. Apply eye shadow using a sponge tip applicator on lid only in a packing on style then blend it using an eyeshadow brush blend it out up to the crease using a circular Motion (pivoting) next apply a lighter color on the brow bone and again blend using a circular motion. Outline your eye top and bottom with a dark eyeliner pencil then with the same eyeshadow you used on your lid blend with a q-tip. Finally apply tons of mascara!
Start of with an eyeliner above the upper lash line. Use black or violet eyeliner. For the bottom of your eyelids, use a lighter color eyeliner of eyeshadow, like a gray, and make sure you smudge it. Apply some lighter eyeshadow on the top of your eyelids, and darker towards the bottom of your eyelids. Make sure that you blend them in. Good luck!
alright, ur skin is not really white so u could use a little gold or brown colour , even if they do not really math. put the gold one up and down ur eye.if u also have a darker colour put it up on the outer sides and down on the inner sides. don't let it be very noticed. also let ur eye-liner match ur clothes so that u don't look stupid with a different colour. that way it'll seem like ur eyes are smoky looking without noticing u used make up! hope i helped!
You have a beautiful shape to your eyes. The smokey look will be great.
You can use any Kohl pencil, don't go black, go plums, slate grays or even a brown. Follow the natural shape of the eye on the upper lash, going a little heavier at the end (outer corner) of your eye. You can use liner on the bottom of your lash but only bring it as far in as the center of your eye. You can take a Q-tip or sponge (or even your clean finger tip) and smudge the line. I use a eye liner brush with strong bristles. I can do a great smokey look with the brush, you can have more control.
Good luck and I'm sure you will look amazing.

Can someone give me eye tips to make my eyes POP!!!?
i have iced blue eyes but the turn into diff color blue when the weather changes... i want to look HOTT for my first dateCan someone give me eye tips to make my eyes POP!!!?
Wear black eyeliner with a neutral color eyeshadow... they'll pop right out... if u want more put on some mascara...but only on the tips of your lashesCan someone give me eye tips to make my eyes POP!!!?
I would say a black eyeliner,and a gold eyeshadow
since u have blue eyes use a pencil in a brown shade and just outline ur lower and upper corners of ur eyes.this will make them look bigger.finish with mascara
use the smoky eye which is Grey, black, and dark blue eye shadow that will look good for blue eyes
Good Luck : )
I outline the bottom of my eye with white, then a line of black. I am so close to the eye lash line. It takes a steady hand. So you have 2 lines of eye liner. Most people can't see the white, but it makes the eye more dramatic.
Not too much mascara.
Use only mascara on your top lashes. And use black eyeliner on the bottom. Use dark shades of colors to make your eyes really stand out. Like purples and green. NEVER wear blue. It's tacky. And before you use mascara, you should try curling your lashes. And if you still want a more dramatic affect, try fake lashes. But, if you're going to use them practice first.
try smoky eyes, like with the black pallete and all
ok!
get a skin tone eyeshadow but with a litter shimmer...apply on your top lid only...remember the shadow colour should not really standout. then apply a thin liquid liner on your top lid and a volumising mascara to te top and lower lashes...apply a blusher in pink and if your really fair.... a brighter pink... but dont over do it, ul look like a clown...put on a pale pink or berry gloss on your lips and if your eye brows arent dark enough, darken them a bit
I say go with the classic smoky eye. Black eyeliner, black pencil, black eye shadow.
You eye color will definitely pop. And black always looks good. Just don't put on too much, you don't wanna go from gorgeous to gothic.

Can you help me with some tips or advice or new ideas for eye makeup?
I'm looking for a new look for the holiday season. I like using eyeliner and have just started using liquid eyeliner. I'd like some new ideas if you have any?
ThanksCan you help me with some tips or advice or new ideas for eye makeup?
Try Mac pigments, like their name suggests they have a high proportion of colour and also shimmer. Go over the lid in a waxy eyeliner pen, blend over the lid so that there is the waxy coverage. Dab on the pigment powder over the eyeliner and the colour will be really intense. Blend the edges so that the colour fades. On the bottom lid, put the eyeliner on the inner rim of the eye and then the pigment on to, once again blend and add concealer if needs be to get rid of any stray pigment. Try the teal in Pigment, it looks soooo good. Can you help me with some tips or advice or new ideas for eye makeup?
Apply a silver base color over the lid and apply a matte charcoal grey in the outer crease in a tight chisel. Apply a white matte under the brow blended softly into the lower lid. Apply a thin black liquid liner and wing it out past the outer corner. Ruby blush and your choice of red lipstick or red gloss on lips, Highlight the inner eye corner with silver pigment to create hollywood glamour.
put a darkish brown on your eyelid and darker in the crease. above on the brow bone and then for mascara use a brown or black color whatever you prefer and for eyeliner put it only on the top cuz it is more natural and put some blush on and your ready to go!!

Go to www.youtube.com
Search for ''free makeup application''
or ''eyeshadow application''
If you don't find anything, do your friends makeup like this:
1. the lightest blue (almost white) sweep it under the eyebrow.
2. the darkest blue, pat it on the crease
3. the middle shade of blue, put it on the eyelid, getting lighter near the teardrop, and then darker at the ends

To get the best result, remember to keep your base clear and simple, and your lip colour subdued. Prepping the eye area with eye balm or concealor will give you the best colour result. It will also mean that your eye colour will have more staying power 鈥?smudging less and looking fresher all day.
Remember you needn't wear your eyeshadow bold and bright if you don't want to. Simply apply bright blue, green, orange or even pink eyeshadow as a base for paler grey, white or brown eye shadows. When applied layered like this you will get a hint of warming and bright colour, perfect for work or play and incredibly wearable.
if you can get japanese fashion magazine (popteen, cawaii, etc), you can learn some techniques. and they are really good, i promiss. but they dont have make-up pages every month, so you gotta be careful. if you have mitsuwa or asian super market near your house, you should ge to checkl them.

Eye makeup tips for a brown and gold gown?!?

Any tips?
I have two Origins products that I love - they aren't miracles (nothing is) but they do make a noticeable difference. The first is the No Puffery, a cooling gel that reduces the bagginess. The second is Plantidote eye cream, which has caffeine to constrict blood vessels and reduce the bruisey circles. Before I apply either of these, I chill teaspoons in ice water and press the round end under my eye as a compress. This will also help reduce the fluid and bring the puffiness down.

Do you have any tips on how to get rid of under eye bags and dark circles?
I need to figure out how to undo the looks of a few months of poor sleeping in a month.
The bags and dark circles under my eyes are really unattractive and I'm only 14.
Make-up isn't an option and I also don't want anything like putting cucumbers on your eyes or tea bags.
Are there any good cremes or something for like $20 or less?Do you have any tips on how to get rid of under eye bags and dark circles?
well u can try to get sleep but there is this make-up its called conceler and u only put it under u eyes just a litle and then rub it in and u can get it at any store i get it at shoppers just match it to ur skin colour on ur hand
hoped i helped peace%26lt;3 and im about ur age and thats what i use when i have bags under my eyesDo you have any tips on how to get rid of under eye bags and dark circles?
You can try to this.. I'm 16 and I put spoons in the freezer for 20 minutes and then i put them where the bags are. The coldness of the spoons reduced the swelling and makes the circles lighter.
sleep alot. if you have alot of sleepovers and allnighters than have day naps.
cucumber does really work but if you're not willing to do it. revlon do this really good conceler which focuses on dark patches rather than blemishes, you should try that :]
Try and get more sleep.
trust me, nothing works for me..so i use makeup.
Apply cold raw grated potato mixed with the juice of half lemon around the eye area. Leave on for about 20 minutes and wash off with cold milk. Check out http://useinfo-darkcircles.blogspot.com/ for more info.

You can brew up some chamomile tea, and use the tea bags (its better if you refrigerate them first, before using them). You can lay the tea bags upon your eyes for about 10-15 minutes.
I've done it before, and I got really fast and dramatic results. My eyelids were not so baggier anymore, some wrinkles disappeared, and the skin around my eyes were smoother and clearer.
boil an green apple in a bowl of water using slow cooker for 4 hours. and then drink the water.

For a dramatic look try combining crazy colors such as lime green and pink or purple and blue and blend them together. Keep lips and cheeks neutral.

Any tips on getting something out of your eye?
I have had something in my eye for 2 days now, and it just keeps getting worse and worse. I've tried everything I can think of, flushed with a whole lot of water several times, hot washcloths... nothing is helping. I don't know if it's something worth going to the doctor over. Any suggestions?Any tips on getting something out of your eye?
An eye injury can feel like there is something stuck in your eye. You could have inadvertently damaged your cornea (the outer covering of your eyeball). Since it has persisted for a few days and keeps getting worse, I would suggest seeing a doctor. Even if it is something stuck there, it is probably irritating the cornea, which could be causing the discomfort. And that could lead to a corneal injury. My advice: See a doctor. Good luck!Any tips on getting something out of your eye?
Two days is too long for this kind of thing, and something under the lower eyelid is unusual - most particles of foreign matter lodge behind the upper eyelid. Have a doctor look at it. Don't risk permanent eye damage.
This is going on to long, go to an ophthalmologist, whatever was in your eye could still be in but it's probably out by now and what your feeling is irritation from it, don't play when it comes to your eyes, go get help.
you might have a sty if you see swelling...it normally goes away in less than a week.

most likely, there is nothing in your eye. you may have an injury to the sclera or cornea. visit an ER for eval. in the meantime, quit rubbing your eye.

Eye tips!!!?
i have green, (apparently almond) shaped eyes and palish skin (i use the cameo foundation shade). Could anyone suggest ways of enhancing my eyes? I already use liquid eyeliner with wings.

Try gold metallic eyeshadow
by the way you are really pretty!Eye tips!!!?
try a grayish or green eye shadow
very pretty
Use dark colors on your eye lids and brighter colors on top. Right under your eye brow you could mix in some while with the top color. Maybe dark brown on the bottom, light pink on top and mix up by the brow with white. My friend has eyes like yours and that's how she makes her stand out. Also keeping your blush to a minimum so it doesn't take away from your eyes
I like the makeup look you have going for you already. However, if you want to mix it up, here are my suggestions:
Ditch the black eyeliner. Go for a purple (which enhances green and hazel eyes more than any other color) or brown pencil liner. The black liquid look is cool, but when I look at you all I see is the makeup and I don't pay attention to your other features. Makeup should enhance natural beauty.
A gold-toned eyeshadow would look fabulous on you. Try a gold tone on the lid and then a darker shade (brown) in the crease. Experiment with green and purple eyeshadows as well.
Mascara. Try curling your lashes and putting on two coats of black or brown-black.
Some really pink blush will look great on you if you apply it lightly. It can also help enhance your eyes if you do it right.
Go neutral with the lips. Get a clear gloss or one with a slight pink tint. The rest of your makeup looks awesome though, so your probably know what your doing as far as lips and skin go...

Tips on improving hand eye coordination?
My hand eye coordination is not that great, which I find very odd since I am 17 and pretty muscular. Anyways, I would like to improve my ping pong, tennis, and catching abilities - along with getting better at Guitar Hero 3 lol. So what can I do to train my hand eye coordination?
Tips please!Tips on improving hand eye coordination?
Computer games are the best thing for improving hand eye coordination.
I've heard that it has been shown that if your surgeon plays computer games they make better surgeons. They're hand eye coordination is better than those who don't.
